Terminations and dismissals

Most disputes in labour law are a result of layoffs and dismissals. A contract must be terminated on an objective basis, and there are formal requirements that must be considered.

If staff are going to be dismissed, it may be a good idea to seek legal advice on how this should be done. Should a dispute arise, we assist our clients during the parties’ negotiations.
